Since our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Corrupted download file
  • Duplicate payment
  • Product cannot be downloaded after support attempts
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Compatibility issues already mentioned on product pages
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to read documentation
